
Ingredients:
- 1 can of saury (250 g)
- 150 g cooked rice
- 100 g onion
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- half a bunch of parsley
- 100 g sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- salt

How to cook saury and rice salad
Drain the liquid from the saury, place it in a salad bowl, and mash it thoroughly with a fork into small pieces.

Peel the onion and finely chop it, then pour boiling water over it and let it soak for 5 minutes (this helps take the sharp edge off the onion).
