- 200 g cremini mushrooms
- 200 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g onion
- 100 g carrots
- 70 g buckwheat (1/2 cup)
- 3-4 sprigs of parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook cremini mushroom soup with buckwheat
Place the chicken breast fillet in 1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. Salt the broth and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Add the mushrooms, stir, and cook for 15–20 minutes or until all the released liquid has evaporated.
