Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling. Cool them down by covering with cold water.
Pick the parsley leaves from the stems and finely chop them.
Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolks.
Mash the yolks with a fork.
Add the cod liver (without the oil) and parsley, and mash everything together until smooth. If the cod liver wasn't salty enough, add a little salt.
Fill the egg halves with the mixture and garnish with parsley.
