
This squid and bell pepper salad is made with just a handful of ingredients, yet the flavor is absolutely outstanding! The key is not to overcook the squid so it doesn't turn tough — do that, and you'll end up with something wonderfully tasty and good for you!
Ingredients:
- 300 g squid
- 100 g bell pepper
- 100 g onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- red hot chili pepper
- salt

How to cook squid and bell pepper salad
Remove the membrane from the squid if present. Clean out the insides if needed and pull out the quill. Drop into boiling water and cook for no more than 2–3 minutes. Let cool.

Pour boiling water over the onion and let sit for two minutes. Drain, then add vinegar and vegetable oil to the onion. Let marinate for 5–10 minutes.
