A delicious apple dessert that's absolutely impossible to stop eating — this treat is very popular in England ("crumble" refers to the crumbly topping). The dessert comes together very quickly and disappears just as fast. It's best to use sweet-tart apples, since that variety tastes the best when baked. The recipe makes about 3 servings. If you don't have individual ramekins, you can bake it in one dish and scoop it out with a spoon.
Ingredients:
- 200 g apples
- 80 g flour
- 40 g butter
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

How to cook apple crumble
Melt the butter (I melted mine in a cup in the microwave). Pour the melted butter into the flour and sugar mixture and stir with a fork.

Mix with a fork, lightly tossing and breaking up any large clumps. You should end up with a crumbly mixture.

Cut the apples into large wedges (don't forget to remove the core and seeds), then cut each wedge in half.
