
Celeriac and potato soup is a very light, diet-friendly soup — and quite budget-friendly too! Feel free to add more spices to your taste; spices won't add any calories))
Ingredients:
- 200 g celeriac (celery root)
- 200 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 100 g green cabbage
- a bunch of parsley
- 3 allspice berries
- salt
- pepper

How to cook celeriac and potato soup
Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces (I cut each carrot in half lengthwise, then each half in half again lengthwise, and then sliced them crosswise into thin pieces).
