- optional – sugar, condensed milk

How to cook chocolate with boiling water
Stir and swirl vigorously with a teaspoon for about 2–3 minutes. Keep stirring until the mixture turns into a smooth, uniform emulsion. The more actively you stir, the better the emulsion will be.
