Hot Chocolate

Break the chocolate into pieces.

Mix the starch with 50 ml of milk and stir to combine.

Pour the remaining milk and heavy cream into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the chocolate.

Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until all the chocolate has fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Then bring it almost to a boil, pour in the starch slurry, stir, and remove from heat.

Serve hot.
