I'm rushing to share with you, my dear readers, a fantastic idea for the upcoming joyful holiday of Easter — an idea for beautifully decorating your Easter table using just three ingredients. You'll need pretzel sticks (salted ones are preferable for the contrast of flavors, but any kind works), chocolate, and any round candies. You can get the kids involved — they're sure to love both making these and eating what they made with their own hands!
Ingredients:
- 100 g chocolate (I used 56%)
- 100 g pretzel sticks (approximately)
- candy-coated chocolate drops

How to cook easter nests made from pretzel sticks
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (I use the microwave). You can use any chocolate you like — dark or milk chocolate both work great.

Break the pretzel sticks into pieces of varying lengths beforehand, then add them to the melted chocolate.

Gently stir with a spoon so the pretzel sticks are coated in chocolate on all sides. You can use more or fewer pretzel sticks depending on how many nests you want to make and how thickly coated you'd like them to be. I added 80 g of pretzel sticks.

Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper in the shape of nests, using your fingers to adjust and shape them as needed. Let them sit until the chocolate is completely set. I ended up with 6 nests.
