Kids often refuse to eat omelet at home, insisting on one "like at kindergarten." What makes this omelet special is the addition of a generous amount of milk and a long bake in the oven instead of cooking it on the stovetop. You'll need a small-area pan so the omelet comes out nice and tall. I used a 24x10 cm pan — if yours is larger, it's a good idea to scale up the ingredients. Makes 3–4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- butter for greasing the pan

How to cook omelet like at kindergarten
Generously grease the pan with butter. Pour in the egg mixture. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
