Slice the pickled cucumbers into rounds (if large, cut the rounds in half).
Cut the tomato into small pieces.
Place the canned beans in a salad bowl (rinse them first if needed).
Add the marinated honey mushrooms, pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, and croutons.
If you are not serving the salad right away, leave the croutons out. Add them 5–10 minutes before serving so they stay crispy.
Dress with mayonnaise (or sour cream) and toss to combine.
Add a little salt if needed.
