
A light, summery, and beautiful yogurt-based dessert. Instead of peaches, you can use any sweet fruit or berries — strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. It will be delicious! This recipe made 6 small dessert cups for me.
Ingredients:
- 500 g plain yogurt
- 400 g heavy cream 33%
- 80 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- Also:
- 3 peaches or any sweet fruit or berries
- 20 g dark chocolate

How to cook yogurt dessert with peaches
Place the yogurt in a fine mesh strainer lined with two layers of cheesecloth and let it drain in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least a few hours, until the whey has drained off. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl, beat the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar until both are completely dissolved. Gently fold the two mixtures together using a spatula.
