
A delicious dish made with sautéed chicken liver, onion, carrots, and canned beans. It comes together pretty quickly and tastes absolutely wonderful.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken liver
- 150 g onion
- 150 g carrots
- 1 can of beans in tomato sauce (400 g)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook chicken liver with beans
Reduce the heat and cook the liver until fully done, about 15–20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper toward the end of cooking.

Remove the liver from the skillet. Add the onion to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until translucent.
