Grape Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 300 g grapes (I used seedless Thompson/sultana grapes)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (or 1/2 tsp baking soda, neutralized)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar (or a pinch of vanilla powder)
  • zest of 1 orange

How to cook grape cake

Zest the orange on a fine
Beat the eggs with the sugar
Add the melted butter (I melted
Add the flour and baking powder
Add the grapes and gently fold
Pour the batter into a greased
Let the finished cake cool
