
A very thick, filling, rich, and healthy smoothie. If you like, you can use plain yogurt instead of kefir. You can substitute honey for the sugar, and also add cinnamon or ground ginger. It's best to use kefir that isn't too sour. I used 2.5% fat kefir. Makes 3–4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 l kefir
- 2 bananas
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
