Today I'd like to introduce you to lassi! Lassi is a traditional Indian drink made from dahi (yogurt). It comes in both sweet and savory versions. Sweet lassi is made with berries or fruit, vanilla, and a sweetener if needed — sugar or honey. Savory versions are made with salt and spices such as cardamom or nutmeg. Today I suggest we go with the sweet version — though you can of course adjust the sweetness to your taste; if you're using sweet berries or fruit, you may not need to add any sugar at all. Lassi is essentially similar to the familiar milkshake, except yogurt is used instead of milk. It's best to use a full-fat yogurt — that's what will make the drink really delicious. I used homemade yogurt with 3.5% fat content, but store-bought yogurt works great too — as long as it's thick, rich enough, and not too tangy! Makes 2 servings.

- 400 g plain yogurt
- 100 g frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, currants, or strawberries — your choice)
