
Ingredients:
- 1 mackerel
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lemon
- a bunch of parsley
- salt
- pepper

How to cook mackerel baked with lemon
Season with salt and pepper (inside and out). Make three diagonal cuts into the side of the mackerel. Tuck a half-slice of lemon into each cut.

Combine the parsley, garlic, and vegetable oil in a bowl, then squeeze in the juice from half a lemon. Add a little salt and pepper and stir to combine.
