A very simple roll cake with an apple filling, made from just a handful of ingredients. If you have eggs, flour, sugar, and apples, you're already almost ready to bake something for tea time. This roll cake is also low in calories since it contains no butter at all. The sponge and the apple filling are baked together all at once.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 130 g flour
- 130 g sugar + 2 tbsp for the filling
- 600 g apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- powdered sugar for dusting

How to cook apple roll cake
Peel the apples and grate them on a fine grater, then drain off the juice that forms (you won't need it).

Beat the eggs well for at least 4–5 minutes. Toward the end, without stopping the mixer, gradually add the sugar.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the apples over nearly the entire surface of the sheet, leaving about 2–3 centimeters around the edges, and smooth them out evenly.

Pour the batter evenly over the apples and smooth it out. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for approximately 15–20 minutes.
