As we know, lavash is a great ingredient in many dishes — I've already used it here: Banitsa, Meat Pie, and Yoka. Today I'm sharing a new take on it — specifically, how to make strudel using lavash. Why not? After all, lavash is a thin, unleavened, pliable dough that's already been rolled out nice and thin — exactly what you need for strudel. This makes our job much easier, and best of all, it turns out truly delicious! You can use your favorite filling — feel free to add nuts, dried fruits, or a splash of aromatic liqueur, or even make a pear or cherry strudel. It'll be delicious either way!
