
A delicious, unique frozen dessert that's quite simple to make. Kids will especially love this treat, though I think adults will appreciate it just as much. Frozen banana has a wonderfully firm yet creamy texture that pairs perfectly with a chocolate coating and crunchy nuts. I used milk chocolate and almonds.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 100 g milk chocolate (or dark)
- 50 g nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc.)

How to cook banana eskimo bars
Then peel the bananas and trim the ends so all pieces are the same size. Arrange the bananas on a plate and place in the freezer for 3–4 hours until completely frozen.

Melt until smooth. Using a silicone pastry brush, coat the banana with chocolate. If you don't have a brush, you can drizzle it on with a teaspoon.
