  • 250 g cherries (thaw beforehand)
  • 3-5 tbsp sugar
  • 2-3 tsp starch
  • 1 egg
  • a little flour for dusting

Drain all the liquid from the
Lightly dust your work surface
Brush the squares with lightly
Place the cherries on one half
Fold over and press the edges
Use a fork to crimp a pattern
Place on a baking sheet lined
