Ingredients:

  • 500 g unleavened puff pastry
  • 1 can of pineapple rings (340 g)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Additional:
  • a little flour for dusting
  • 1 tbsp cherries (optional)
  • egg (optional)

How to cook pineapple puff pastry flowers

Thaw the dough in advance and
Cut the dough into long strips
Pat the pineapple ring dry with
Coat the ring in powdered sugar.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Begin wrapping the pineapple
Wrap the ring all the way
Place on a baking sheet lined
Let the finished pastries cool.
