Ingredients:

  • 100 g cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g flour + 3-4 tbsp for rolling
  • green onions (or other fresh herbs)
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

How to cook fried pies with chicken and cheese

Make the dough.
Place the flour
Pour in 150 ml of boiling water.
