
A juicy orange, a sweet-tart apple, a fragrant banana, sweet dates, and buttery walnuts — together they make one incredibly delicious fruit salad. For this salad I put together a combination of fruits, dried fruits, and nuts to my own taste, and I make it very often. It's not just me who loves it — everyone who has tried it at least once has been a fan. I hope you'll enjoy this combination just as much. Another great thing about this salad is that you can make it practically any time of year, unlike summer fruit salads that rely on seasonal produce. Makes 3–4 servings.

- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 10 dates
- 2-3 tbsp walnuts
- sour cream (or plain yogurt)
