- 1 egg
- 250 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda)

How to cook giraffe cottage cheese pie
Add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder (or baking soda), knead the dough, and shape it into a ball with your hands.

Break off a quarter of the dough ball and set it aside. Press the remaining dough into your pan (mine is 22 cm in diameter), spreading it across the bottom with your hands and forming fairly tall sides (at least 5–6 centimeters). Place the pan with the dough and the reserved piece of dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make the filling. Place the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, starch, vanilla powder, and eggs into a deep bowl.
