
A very tasty appetizer that can be served on slices of bread or on rounds of boiled potato. Instead of 200 g of ready-made fillet, you can use 1 whole herring (for tips on how to fillet herring, check out the recipe for Herring Under a Fur Coat).
Ingredients:
- 200 g herring fillet (or 1 whole herring)
- 200 g processed cheese (2 processed cheese rounds)
- 50 g carrots
- 50 g butter
