A very simple and popular appetizer made with ripe, juicy tomatoes, hard cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise. Many people already know this tomato appetizer recipe, but it might still be a fun new discovery for some.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 tbsp mayonnaise
