Meat Pie with Lavash

Ingredients:

  • 200 g lavash (2 sheets)
  • 300 g ground meat (I used beef)
  • 150 g onion
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g sour cream (or mayonnaise)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

How to cook meat pie with lavash

Peel the onion and finely chop
Sauté the onion in vegetable
Add the ground meat and stir to
Season with salt and pepper,
Grate the cheese on a coarse
Lay one sheet of lavash flat on
Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Drizzle with about 3 tbsp of
Roll it up into a log.
Like this.
Repeat the same
Whisk together the eggs, the
Lightly grease a baking dish
Pour the egg mixture evenly
All done.
