
It's best to use tart apples for this pie.
Ingredients:
- 150 g flour
- 50 g sugar + 4 tbsp for topping
- 50 g butter
- 500 g apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon

How to cook apple pie with cinnamon
Press the dough into a pan (I used a 22 cm diameter pan). Spread the dough evenly across the bottom and form small sides around the edge. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
