
Baked patties with cheese are a simple and quick recipe for making patties without frying them in a pan. Onion, tomatoes, and cheese are layered on top of the patties, which wonderfully complements their flavor! These oven-baked patties turn out incredibly delicious!
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef (or pork, or ready-made ground meat)
- 100 g white bread loaf
- 100 ml milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 4 tbsp sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 100 g cheese
- salt
- pepper

How to cook baked patties with cheese
Trim the crust off the bread loaf, break it into pieces, pour milk over them, and press the pieces down well to soak.

Add salt, pepper, eggs, the soaked bread, and garlic pressed through a garlic press to the ground meat. Knead the mixture thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil. Shape flat patties (I got exactly 12) and arrange them on the baking sheet.
