
This amount of ingredients made 8 cutlets for me. These cutlets can also be cooked in a steamer instead of frying — they turn out delicious that way too.
Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- 50 g cheese
- 50 g white bread
- 50 ml milk
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- breadcrumbs for coating
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook chicken cutlets with cheese
Cut the chicken breast fillet into large pieces and grind in a food processor (or run through a meat grinder twice).

Add the squeezed-out bread and egg to the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

Shape the mixture into flat patties (to make shaping the cutlets easier, wet your hands with water).

Pour vegetable oil into a preheated skillet. Add the cutlets and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
