
Couscous is one of the most popular dishes in Arab countries. It consists of small semolina granules coated multiple times with a thin layer of flour. I used pre-made couscous — all you need to do is place it in boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes until ready.
Ingredients:
- 200 g couscous
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- 100 g onion
- 100 g carrots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/5 tsp cinnamon
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook couscous with vegetables and chicken breast fillet
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed pot. Sauté the onion for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 500 ml of water and bring to a boil. Add the salt and cinnamon, season with pepper to taste, and stir.
