Ingredients:

  • Base:
  • 300 g rice (short-grain)
  • 50 g cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • salt
  • Filling:
  • 250 g ground meat (beef)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 g cheese (mozzarella is best)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • Also:
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil for frying

How to cook arancini (rice balls)

Place the rice in a saucepan
Heat a small amount of
Season with salt and pepper,
Cut the mozzarella into large
