Ingredients:
- 180 g imitation crab sticks
- 140 g corn (1/2 can)
- 120 g cooked long-grain rice
- 120 g tomato
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- salt

How to cook imitation crab salad with rice
Use a vegetable peeler to remove the tomato skin in one long strip. Don't throw the skin away — we'll use it to make a little rose.

Cut the tomato in half and scoop out all the watery center — you won't need it. Dice the tomato into small pieces.
