For this salad, the imitation crab sticks need to be grated on a fine grater – it's easiest to do this when the sticks are not fully thawed.
Ingredients:
- 200 g imitation crab sticks
- 100 g cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- mayonnaise

How to cook imitation crab salad with cheese and eggs
Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling. Let them cool by covering with cold water.

Add 2–3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a clove of garlic pressed through a garlic press. Mix until smooth and uniform.
