Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling. Cool them down by covering with cold water.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt.
If needed, peel the skin off the squid.
Drop the squid into the boiling water and cook for exactly 3 minutes.
Finely chop the imitation crab sticks.
Finely chop the squid.
Finely chop the eggs as well.
Peel the cucumbers and grate them on a medium grater.
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Season lightly with salt, dress with mayonnaise (or sour cream), and toss to combine.
