
This amount of ingredients gave me 2 large servings (you can make 3–4 small ones instead). I used dessert bowls for this, but you can use a single shallow dish — the main thing is that the prunes can be arranged in a single layer so they soak up the cream properly.
Ingredients:
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g prunes (exactly 20 pieces for me)
- 50 g sugar (5 tbsp, not heaping)
- 50 g walnuts

How to cook prunes in sour cream
Pour boiling water over the prunes and let them soak for 5 minutes to soften (if the prunes are very dry, they may need more time).
