This is a simple yet incredibly delicious dessert — made with a wonderfully smooth, slightly thick cream and juicy fruit. To balance the sweet cream, I deliberately chose tart fruits — kiwi and strawberries (mine had a noticeable tangy kick). If you'd like to use other fruits, I'd recommend keeping them on the tart side as well. Also, my zefir was very sweet — if yours isn't as sweet, feel free to use 3 or more pieces instead of 2. This recipe made two servings for me.
Ingredients:
- 2 zefirs (70 g each)
- 200 g heavy cream, 10%-20% fat
- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g kiwi
- chocolate for topping
