Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken thighs (drumsticks work too)
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste (I used a pinch of dried thyme)
  • 400-500 g unleavened puff pastry
  • Also:
  • egg for brushing
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling

How to cook chicken thighs in puff pastry

Wash the chicken thighs and pat
Thaw the unleavened puff
Carefully tuck a slice of
Wrap each thigh with strips of
Arrange the thighs on a baking
Brush with a lightly beaten egg
Done.
