These are wonderfully delicate and tasty little cottage cheese treats — kids will absolutely love them, and adults won't say no to this dessert either. Children can be actively involved in making them, and they should enjoy the whole creative process. Instead of chocolate for coating, you can use crushed cookies or shredded coconut. For the filling, you can use a piece of chocolate, sweet berries, and much more. In general, the possibilities are endless. If you are using coarse-grained cottage cheese, it needs to be pressed through a fine-mesh strainer first. You may need more or less sour cream depending on how moist your cottage cheese is. This recipe made 8 pastries for me.
