The ingredients listed make 4 servings of 150 ml each. You can use a different type of gelatin (non-instant); just follow the instructions on the package.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml yogurt (plain unsweetened, or cherry-flavored works too)
- 100 g pitted cherries (frozen is fine)
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp instant gelatin
- 50 g walnuts

How to cook yogurt cherry jello
Place the cherries in a small saucepan, add 300 ml of water, bring to a boil, and let boil for a couple of minutes. Add 3 tbsp of sugar and stir to combine.

Pour 2 tsp of gelatin into a glass, add half a glass of the hot liquid from the cherry saucepan, and stir thoroughly for about 3–5 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the dissolved gelatin back to the cherries and stir.

Pour the cherry mixture into individual serving glasses or cups, filling them halfway. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.

Pour 2 tsp of gelatin into a glass, add half a glass of hot water (not boiling) and stir thoroughly for about 3–5 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let cool to warm, stirring occasionally.

Stir 2 tbsp of sugar into the yogurt (if your yogurt is already sweetened, reduce the amount of sugar or skip it entirely). Add the dissolved gelatin to the yogurt (at room temperature) and stir to combine.
