Fruits in tea jelly is a very light, low-calorie dessert. It's great to use a variety of fruits and berries of your choice. For example, you can also use fresh strawberries, canned peaches, or apricots. When making the jelly, avoid using fresh kiwi or pineapple, as they contain substances that prevent the jelly from setting. This recipe made 3 servings of jelly for me.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp green tea (or black)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 packet gelatin (5 g)
- 1 banana
- 1 small orange
- 100 g grapes

How to cook fruits in tea jelly
Pour 3 tablespoons of water over the gelatin and let it bloom for 10 minutes (or for the time indicated on the package).
