- 300 g peaches (I used 2 small nectarines)

How to cook lemon jello with peaches
Use a vegetable peeler to remove the zest from half the lemon, or grate the lemon on a fine grater (yellow part only, avoiding the white pith).

Pour 2 cups of water over the zest, bring to a boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the sugar, stir, and let cool slightly.
