
A wonderfully delicate casserole made with zucchini, processed cheese, onion, and whipped eggs. The flavor is incredibly light and airy — the texture is reminiscent of an omelet or a soufflé.
Ingredients:
- 600 g zucchini
- 200 g onion
- 3 eggs
- 3 processed cheese rounds, such as "Druzhba" style (300 g)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- salt

How to cook zucchini and processed cheese casserole
Pour the vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed pot. Squeeze the zucchini firmly by hand to remove all the released liquid, then transfer to the pot. Add the onion, and lay the cheese slices on top.

Cook until the cheese has completely melted. Season with salt, add the garlic pressed through a garlic press, and stir. Let cool until just warm.
