  • 20 g rolled oats (2 tbsp.)
  • 30 g milk (2-3 tbsp.)
  • salt
  • Filling:
  • 40 g cheese
  • avocado

How to cook oat crepe

Pulse the rolled oats briefly
Crack the egg into a bowl, then
Mix everything together.
Lightly grease a skillet with
Flip it over.
Spread most of the shredded
Add the avocado on top, or any
Fold one half over the other,
