
Ingredients:
- 600 g green cabbage
- 200 g hot dogs
- 100 g onion
- 1-2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook braised cabbage with hot dogs
Pour vegetable oil into a large heavy-bottomed pot. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes until translucent.

Add the cabbage and stir to combine. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 20 minutes (add a splash of water if needed).

Add the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and stir well. Continue to braise for another 20 minutes, until the cabbage is fully cooked.
