Ingredients:

  • 300 g zucchini
  • 300 g eggplant
  • Sauce:
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 300 g bell pepper
  • 150 g onion
  • Also:
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp French herbs (blend of rosemary, thyme, basil)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

How to cook ratatouille

Start by making the
