Ingredients:

  • 500 g carrots
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (olive oil preferred)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • salt

How to cook roasted carrots

Peel the carrots and cut them
Bring a pot of water to a boil
Drain the water and transfer
Sprinkle with caraway seeds,
Cook under the broiler in the
