
Ingredients:
- 700 g beef
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g onion
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g cremini mushrooms
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp red hot chili pepper
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook meat stew with vegetables and mushrooms
Pour a little vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed pot. Heat it up, add the beef pieces, and brown them. Cook until all the released liquid has evaporated.

Add a little more vegetable oil, then add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Stir and cook over high heat for 5–10 minutes.
