
Today I have a simple yet delicious and aromatic dish for you. Everything is incredibly easy to make — just chop it all up, toss it in a pot, set it to braise, and forget about it for an hour. By the way, it goes without saying that a slow cooker is perfect for this, but it turns out just as great in a regular pot!
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork
- 500 g potatoes
- 150 g pumpkin
- 150 g onion
- 300 g canned tomatoes in their own juice (or grated fresh tomatoes, or tomato paste)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp natural vinegar
- salt, pepper, garlic
